This Privacy Policy explains what data SouqiHub ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using SouqiHub you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number, preferred city and language.
- Listings you post: title, description, price, photos, category, city.
- Activity: favorites, contact reveals, reports, search history.
- Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, approximate location.
2. How we use your data
- To run the marketplace and let buyers contact sellers.
- To verify your identity by SMS code (phone verification).
- To moderate listings, prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve features and personalize results in your city.
3. Phone numbers and contact info
Your phone number is shown to other users only when they click "Show contact" on your listing and are signed in. We do not display your number publicly to non-registered visitors, and we do not sell phone numbers to third parties.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, SMS delivery, image storage). We may also share information when required by Sudanese law or to investigate fraud.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language and city. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
6. Your rights
- Access, edit or delete your profile information.
- Delete your listings at any time.
- Request full account deletion by contacting support.
7. Children
SouqiHub is not directed to users under 18 years old.
