Refund Policy

Posting a regular ad on SouqiHub is free. This Refund Policy applies to optional paid features (such as featured ads or business accounts) when they become available.

1. SouqiHub does not handle item payments

Payment for properties, cars and electronics is made directly between buyer and seller — usually in cash. SouqiHub never receives or holds those funds, so we cannot refund them. Any disputes about an item must be resolved between the two parties (and, if needed, through Sudanese courts or the police).

2. Refunds for paid platform features

If you pay SouqiHub for a feature (e.g. featured listing) you may request a refund:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase, if the feature has not yet been activated — full refund.
  • If the paid feature did not work due to a technical issue on our side — full refund.
  • If your listing was rejected by moderation after you paid — full refund.
  • Once a featured ad has been live and shown to users, the fee is non-refundable.

3. How to request a refund

Email billing@souqihub.com with your account email, listing link, payment date and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund method

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Bank or mobile-money transfer fees may be deducted by the payment provider.

5. Fraud & abuse

Refunds will not be issued to accounts found to be using the paid feature for fraudulent listings, banned categories, or violating our Terms.
