SouqiHub is an online classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, inspect, deliver, or guarantee any item listed. We are not a party to any transaction, payment, or in-person meeting between users. All deals happen directly between the buyer and seller, at their own risk.

• You must be 18 or older to use SouqiHub.
• You must provide accurate name, email and phone information.
• Phone verification by SMS is required before posting an ad.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account; keep your password safe.

• Listings must be honest, accurate, and reflect a real item you actually own or are authorized to sell.
• Use real photos of the item — no stolen, watermarked, or misleading images.
• Set a clear price in Sudanese Pounds (SDG).
• Pick the correct category, subcategory and city.
• One listing per item — no spamming or duplicates.

The following are strictly forbidden and will be removed; accounts may be banned:

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or military equipment.
• Drugs, alcohol, tobacco and any substance illegal in Sudan.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or smuggled goods.
• Wildlife, ivory, endangered animals or animal parts.
• Human trafficking, prostitution, or any sexual content.
• Currency exchange, financial scams, "investment doubling" schemes.
• Medical drugs, prescription-only items, or unapproved supplements.
• Religious or political content meant to incite hate or violence.
• Personal data of others, hacked accounts, or pirated software.
• Anything illegal under Sudanese law.

Most deals on SouqiHub happen in cash and in person. To protect yourself, follow these rules — we will not be liable if you ignore them:

• Never pay in advance to a stranger before seeing the item.
• Meet in busy public places (markets, bank entrances, fuel stations).
• Bring a friend, especially for high-value items like cars or property.
• Inspect the item carefully and verify documents (ownership, ID) before paying.
• For cars: check ownership papers (استمارة) and chassis number.
• For property: visit the location and verify ownership papers (شهادة بحث).
• Count cash carefully and check for counterfeit notes.
• Avoid sharing your CBOS / bank app credentials, OTP codes, or PINs with anyone — SouqiHub will never ask for them.
• Be cautious of "buyers" who ask you to pay shipping or customs first — this is a common scam.

All listings go through admin moderation before going live. We may reject, edit, or remove any listing — and suspend or ban any user — at our sole discretion, with or without notice, especially for violations of these Terms.

SouqiHub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of listings or users. To the fullest extent allowed by Sudanese law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, fraud, theft, or injury resulting from your use of the platform or from any transaction with another user, whether online or in person.

We may suspend or close your account at any time for breaking these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies as soon as it is posted on this page.
